Envisioning a future where cancer can no longer adapt and survive.

At Mitophilix, we envision a future where cancer is no longer defined by inevitable resistance, recurrence, and limited therapeutic options. We believe that by targeting the core metabolic engines that sustain tumor survival, it is possible to fundamentally change how aggressive cancers are treated - and how long patients live.

Targeting a Critical Metabolic Dependency

Cancer cells rewire their energy systems to survive in hostile, nutrient-poor environments and to evade the effects of conventional therapies. Mitophilix was founded on the insight that mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) represents one of the most critical and underexploited dependencies in cancer biology. By precisely targeting this vulnerability, we aim to disrupt cancer at its foundation rather than its symptoms.

Future With Mitophilix

OUR VISION

Partnership

Join us in our mission to give patients a new lease on life.

Our vision is to build a first-in-class mitochondrial oncology platform that delivers durable, resistance-breaking therapies for patients facing the deadliest forms of cancer, starting with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). We strive to move beyond incremental improvements and instead create treatments that meaningfully extend survival, reduce recurrence, and restore hope where few options exist.

Mitophilix is committed to advancing precision metabolism-based therapies that can be seamlessly integrated with existing standards of care, amplifying their effectiveness rather than competing with them. We see a future in which cancer treatment is no longer limited by one-size-fits-all approaches, but instead guided by a deep understanding of tumor biology, metabolic state, and patient-specific vulnerabilities.

Beyond PDAC, our vision extends to a broad range of OXPHOS-dependent cancers, including lung, colorectal, and hematologic malignancies. By combining rigorous science, translational discipline, and strategic partnerships, we aim to accelerate the path from discovery to clinic and ensure that transformative therapies reach patients as quickly and responsibly as possible.

Ultimately, Mitophilix exists to redefine what is possible in oncology - by turning cancer's greatest strength, its metabolic adaptability, into its greatest weakness.
